Led by Mike Lawson and the Shorecrest select coaches and parents, the Shorecrest Select Program provides an comprehensive strength and basketball training offseason for its players. The workouts occur twice a week and encompass core training, endurance training and speed/agility training. An equal amount of time is devoted to developing each player's offensive and defensive skills.
